Thing 23
My favorite thing...there are so many. I LOVED making an avatar, I LOVE Flikr, I thought making a podcast was great.
I now have goals to become more at ease with technology. I know how important it will be in my students' future.
Many things surprised me. I had no idea there was so much STUFF out there!
I think this concept is great. Change nothing.
I would definitely participate in something like this again.
One word: EDUCATIONAL

I joined Teacher Lingo. I like it. I am on other social networking sites, but this one is great for my career. I will use teacher lingo to share thoughts and information with other teachers.
Thing 20
I enjoyed exploring these sites, and can see them being useful in the classroom for a variey of math and science topics.
Thing 19
I checked out the Web 2.0 Awards Site. I was not so impressed with the first place social networking site. I registered and tried it out, and it is just not as fun as some of the others. I was not surprised to see wonderful sites such as delicious and Google Docs on there. I think I will use this site to guide my decisions when I am looking into using a specific type of website.

Thing 21
I have done this a bit out of order, due to help arriving early. Here is my podcast. I had fun doing this, and I know the kids will LOVE doing this!
Thing 18
Wow! I never knew there was such a thing as Google Docs! My husband's laptop does not have a word processing program, so this will be great! But my question is, if I am on a computer without a word processing program, can I use Google docs to open a word processing document? (For example, if I am opening an email that has a WP document attached, will it open through google docs?)
